Melinda "Babette" Fernando

 

Babette Fernando joined Skootsky & Der LLP at its inception, in December, 2005 as Office Administrator/Legal Assistant.  Ms. Fernando holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communications majoring in Journalism.

Her work includes overseeing the day-to-day activities of the firm focusing on office/personnel management and client billing.  Aside from handling administrative matters, Ms. Fernando is also a legal assistant. 

 

Ms. Fernando has 21 years of experience working in the legal field.

Kristin J. Kisker

 

Kristin J. Kisker joined Skootsky & Der LLP as a paralegal in 2013. Ms. Kisker graduated from the Paralegal Studies program at San Francisco State University with highest honors. Her elective coursework focused on Probate, Wills, Trusts and Estate Planning. She also received a Master of Arts degree with high honors in International Relations from Webster University in London, UK and a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors in Journalism from Ithaca College.
